PREMIERE: Translee Needs A “Hustle” Right Now

It’s been 21 years since JAY-Z made it known that you “Can’t Knock The Hustle.” That goes double when you’re part of the Hustle Gang, Tip Harris’ clique of highly focused hitmakers, which includes the likes of Travi$ Scott, B.o.B., Trae Tha Truth, and Young Dro to name a few. Recent additions to the Gang include Huntsville, Alabama–raised ATL-based rapper Translee.

“Hustle beats talent when talent don’t hustle,” the artist says. “Good thing I got both! Tomorrow ain’t promised, but if tomorrow does come… I hope you hustled today!”

Today MASS APPEAL premieres the music video for the first track off his M.A.O.T.P.   (Mind All Over The Place) EP. Searching for a job in a small town, he gets frustrated and walks out. Later we see him puffing weed with a gun in his hand. “Every day ain’t the same,” the artist says. “Sometimes you want to talk about God. Sometimes you want to talk about drugs. Sometimes you want to talk about love.” Check the visuals up top.
