PREMIERE: #TheWinners ‘DreamTeam Vol. 1’ Album Stream

#TheWinners crew is deep and they have dropped a metric ton of high grade hip-hop this year…and last year too. However, what they haven’t given their fanbase in two years is one of their famed free download mixtapes. In 2013, when the crew had a much different line-up that included Mach-Hommy and Milano, founder Hus Kingpin pulled together the initial #TheWinners Mixtape. While dope, the project went largely under the radar. Then, two years later, most of the members who we now know as #TheWinners team had come together and they released The New Leaders of the New School mixtape. The compilation featured songs by each MC on the roster and it also contained the first collabs of the super group CHAINWINNERS. For the uninitiated, that is Gold Chain Military and #TheWinners united in one giant crew of shooters.

So, today we are giving you the latest group effort from #TheWinners, DreamTeam Vol. 1. Considering that they have added two lyrical threats since the last time they pulled together the troop, this release is kind of a must. Both New Jersey’s SageInfinite and Boston’s JuneLyfe were recognized as dudes who don’t except second place, and as such they got put down with the house that Hus and SmooVth built. So, let’s run it down, other than the four names we just mentioned, you also get songs by Rozewood, Marvelous Mag, Rosati, El Ay, and producer Giallo Point. Now, 15 of these 16 tracks have been released in some form or fashion, but they tend to be rare loosies, freestyles, and album cuts. So, not brand new but likely new to you. I mean, have you heard Planet Asia and Rosati’s “Gliders?” The one fresh-out-the-box cut is Hus and Giallo’s “Cassius Waves,” and as you would it expect, it’s fly as fuck. What are waiting for? Hit play…or even download it for prosperity.
