Transpecos Princess Nokia Wiki June 4th

Princess Nokia, Wiki, Psychoegyptian, and Eu1ogy at Trans-Pecos

Fuck a solstice, summer in New York City starts after Memorial Day. Nutcrackers, disoriented tourists, BBQs, sweaty armpits, and a myriad of other odious smells will be percolating throughout the five boroughs for the next three months. But we’re most excited about the music to be enjoyed.

This summer, Mass Appeal is partnering with Trans-Pecos to curate a series of events aimed at spotlighting the diverse array of talent New York City plays host to. Whether born and bred in the boroughs or hailing from elsewhere, these artists are pushing things forward with a general disregard for convention.

Kicking things off this Saturday, June 4, we have Princess Nokia and Wiki (of RATKING fame), joined by Psychoegyptian and Eu1ogy. If you’re a wallflower or one of those assholes who stands around taking selfies during shows, please stay home. This one is for the ragers.

Early bird tickets are available for purchase here. (If you’re not familiar with the artists on the bill, we’ve included highlights from their recent work below.)
