Popcaan Second Single Released "Love Yuh Bad"

Popcaan “Love Yuh Bad”

If you haven’t heard of Popcaan yet then get ready to get familiar. With the recent incarceration of his mentor, Vybz Kartel the World Boss, you can expect Popcaan to hit the ground running. He aims to do so with his debut album, Where We Come From, dropping this June via Mixpak Records.

To warm folks up and get them ready for the drop of his debut, Popcaan has released the second single from the forthcoming album, “Love Yuh Bad.” A subtle yet uptempo dancehall beat sets the tone for a tune you can dance to, or pull a ting close and buss a slow grind— the choice is yours. Either way Popcaan’s vocal stylings will, as always, build that just-right-for-the-night atmosphere.

Popcaan has collaborations with Snoop, Pusha T, and Busta Rhymes under his belt, not to mention tens of millions of YouTube views, all without a debut album.

Hit the video player up top to check out the lyric video for Popcaan‘s “Love Yuh Bad.” This is one joint you’re gonna wanna play with the top down and that summer sun on the horizon, ya dun know!

Be on the lookout for Popcaan’s Where We Come From, dropping June 10, and head over to his official site to read an essay written about Popcaan and his debut by renowned dancehall artist Wayne Marshall.
