Today on twitter Jay Electronica revealed the tracklisting for his long awaited album (debut essentially) Act II: Patents of Nobility (the turn) to be released via Jay-Z‘s Roc Nation label (release date pending). Tracklist below followed by portions of the album that are already out in the wild.

This is the follow up to Jay E’s Act I: Eternal Sunshine (the pledge) which set the internet on fire with a free download like 6 years ago. In regards to the album titles, Jay states:
