Monster Debuts Three Headphones At Monaco Grand Prix

Monster Diamond Headphones

Monster made power moves with three headphones from its fashion and lifestyle stable: the Inspiration, Diamond Tears EDGE and Vektr, making their debut at this year’s Grand Prix in Monaco.

The Inspiration headphones (pictured below) are Monster’s first ever over-the-ear, noise cancelling headphones, 30 years in the making. Head Monster in charge Noel Lee, was recently honored with the prestigious Plus X Lifetime Achievement Award. He’s the audio expert responsible for the dramatically enhanced sound quality of the company’s new headphones and the brain behind the engineering and tuning of the Beats By Dre headphones.

“Since 1929, the Monaco Grand Prix has been known around the world as an event that signifies the pinnacle of glamour and prestige,” Lee said at the unveiling. He adds, “which is precisely why we chose this event to preview our new line of headphones.”

Monster said that the Inspiration, which come in titanium black and retail for $348.00, was made for people who travel and will block out any sound. The Diamond Tears EDGE (pictured above), retails for $349.95 and sports a crazy diamond design. The Vektr, Diesel’s collabo with Monster, were inspired by Synesthesia, the neurological condition where senses get involuntary mixed up.

What with Gumball 3000, The Indy 500, and the Monaco Grand Prix kicking off within days of each other, it’s obvious we’re deep within race car driving season.
