lil yachty strikes a pose at new york fashion week for his collaboration with fashion label nautica for the holiday 2017 season

Lil Yachty Unveils ’90s-Inspired Nautica Collection

Fashion from the ’90s has been making a major comeback, with the suits at brands like Polo Ralph Lauren finally waking up and realizing that they’ve got to return to the classics. Earlier this year, Nautica—the preppy, sailing influenced brand—named Lil Yachty as a creative designer. And today during New York Fashion Week, Yachty pulled through with his latest collaboration with the company. which once again taps into Nautica’s rich ’90s archives.

The collaboration features a lot of cozy clothing to keep you fresh and warm during the coming winter. Nautica flipped some of its classic logos on the vests, fleeces and hoodies, matching them with some bright and eye-popping colorways. Hell, they even brought back some real old school flavor with those see through mesh pockets.

Lil Yachty is known for his obsession with the Nautica Competition sports clothing line. In this collection, Nautica flipped the logo by taking away “Competition” and replacing it with Yachty’s crew name, “Sailing Team.”

The 19 piece collection is set to hit stores just in time for the holiday season.
