Rhythm Roulette With Lee Bannon

After a short break, everyone’s favorite sampling game show is back.

On this episode of “Rhythm Roulette” we’re joined by Sacramento-born producer Lee Bannon. Lee’s been showcasing his production skills alongside rappers like Souls of Mischief, Ab-Soul, Strong Arm Steady, The Alchemist and more recently Joey Bada$$ and his Pro Era clique.

Outside of hip hop, Bannon has been experimenting with drum and bass and jungle genres, which is evident in new single, “NW/WB,” off of his upcoming project ALTERNATE/NDGN.

Watch above as Bannon hits up Co-Op 87 in Brooklyn, puts on the ceremonial blindfold, digs into some crates full of soundtracks, and makes something special out of his selections. For more from Lee Bannon check out his Bandcamp and SoundCloud.
