Did Trump Just Lose Fox News?
The beginning of the end
Because we’ve really never met any of them, we can only assume that most of the people at Fox News are probably psychopaths who are somehow able to sleep at night comfortable with the fact that they are knowingly spoon-feeding false information to some of America’s most uninformed voters. But luckily there are still a few people there who, despite working for a network referred to as the “sexual harassment enterprise” by at least one lawmaker, maintain of modicum of credibility and understand that the “Russia story” isn’t some made up bullshit by the “deep state” of “the democrats.”
Enter Shepard Smith and Chris Wallace. Now, sure, if we dug deep enough we’d probably find some terrible stuff they’ve said to the American people, but in a segment that aired yesterday, it was nice to see them treating this particular story–the Russia story–with a little bit of sanity.
“If there’s nothing there, and that’s what they tell us, why all these lies?” reporter Shepard Smith brazenly says in the segment, below. “Why is it lie after lie after lie?”
Well, not to interrupt you, Shep, but it might have something to do with the fact the administration is teeming with a bunch of sociopathic liars who care about nothing but them selves. Or, and this is highly unlikely, perhaps they are all just so dumb that they don’t know that they were conned by the Russian government. Regardless, the verdict from Robert Mueller’s special investigation into the Trump campaign’s collusion with the Kremlin is still out.
“The deception is mind-boggling,” Smith continues. “There are still people out there who believe we’re making it up, and one day they’re gonna realize we’re not, and look around and go, ‘Where are we? And why are we getting told all these lies?’”
“I don’t know what to say. There’s a lot of truth to everything that you’ve said,” Wallace replies.

Damn, Trumps! Earlier this week a Breitbart editor asked in a leaked Slack message, “so, this is straight up collusion, right?” and now you’re starting to lose Fox News?
Ya’ll done goofed up. Anyone like Modest Mouse?
