Nothing Exclusive About Drake’s ‘More Life’ For Apple Music

The swirling rumors around the status of Drake’s More Life “playlist” project solidified into facts this week when Drizzy confirmed a March 18 release date himself on Instagram. Now, with less than 24 hours until the new album hits, more details about More Life‘s are becoming clear.

Though no official announcement has been made about a release platform for the project, many presumed that because of Drake’s lucrative partnership with Apple Music and his diligence in referring to More Life as a “playlist” that Apple Muisc would be releasing it exclusively. An unconfirmed tracklist even bore the company’s logo.

However, Amazon Music has confirmed to Pitchfork that More Life will be available to consumers on their platform and Apple Music subscribers simultaneously. Pitchfork also points out that Spotify promoted the project on their Twitter account, which hints that they too take part in a wide release this weekend.

Just hold on, we’re almost home.
