Curate Sounds “Curate Mixtape”

It’s about time someone takes full advantage of the resources allowed to the world via the Internet. Curate Sounds recently dropped a Video Mixtape featuring cuts of some of the latest hip hop hits and classic favorites. The days of physical mixtapes are coming to a waning end, crate digging has turned into extensive online searches, and technology reigns supreme. In this digital age, we’re drowned out by DJs begging for a listen to their Soundcloud mixes, but do you ever really check it out?

This mix certainly is worthwhile. The “Curate Mixtape” features videos from rising stars Action Bronson, Joey Bada$$, Mr. Muthaf*ckin eXquire, Flatbush Zombies, along with some tracks from vets Ghostface Killah, J Dilla, R.A. The Rugged Man, and many others. My man is getting down on the 1s and 2s for real, while visuals of some dope various scenes cut throughout. Hopefully DJs will take note and spark up a Vidtape Renaissance, we’re all for it. These kind of sets could become a staple at parties and events worldwide, that is if you have the projector on deck.

Shout out to Curate Sounds though, peep some of our footage from our Trusto Corp Bombs an Abandoned Water Park sprinkled throughout Volume 1, and be sure you check out Volume 2 as well over here!
