Cormega releases the track "Industry"

Cormega “Industry”

Gearing us up for his upcoming LP Mega Philosophy, Queens representative Cormega provides a detailed break down of the music industry and its flaws with “Industry.”

The Large Professor-produced track finds Cormega defending Ms. Lauryn Hill, addressing the similarities of record labels and pimps, and the act of profiteering from rappers feuding. In between Mega’s verses, various speakers share the pitfalls of dealing with record labels, primarily how artists are left to rot after their talents have been depleted.

Cormega covers a variety of topics within the four minutes, so take a listen.
