A$AP Ferg Drops Star Studded Music Video For “East Coast Remix”

A$AP Ferg has blessed us with some sick visuals for the star-studded remix to his “East Coast” single. In the history of great A$AP Ferg remixes—including “Work” and “Shabba”—the “East Coast” remix might have them all beat with its incredible list of rappers from both the old and new school. Busta Rhymes, Snoop Dogg, A$AP Rocky, Dave East, French Montana and Rick Ross are all on the roster of featured guests.

It’s hard to decide who has the best verse. Busta opens up the track with a fierce flow as always, followed by two ill A$AP verses by Ferg and Rocky. Dave East comes in spitting fire bars like, “Lately I feel like a Beatle/ I’m Pauly McCartney, just rocking Moschino.” The nearly six minute remix keeps the New York love going with a verse from French Montana. However, Ferg made sure to get some non-East Coast rappers on this remix, with Rozay and Snoop Dogg closing out the song.

Ferg’s next mixtape, Still Striving, is set to drop on August 18. It is the second of three projects to be released by A$AP Mob for AWGEST.” Earlier this month, A$AP Twelvyy released his debut album, 12, and after Ferg’s tape comes A$AP Mob’s long anticipated Cozy Tapes Vol 2: Too Cozy. The Mob is set to go on a huge US tour soon, but if you are fortunate enough to be in New York this weekend, Ferg is set to play MoMa PS1 tomorrow in Queens.
