Anthony Weiner Cries in Court While Pleading Guilty for Sexting a Teenager

Former U.S. Rep. Anthony Weiner, who ruined his marriage and life and managed to fuck over the American people because he doesn’t know how to use Twitter properly, plead guilty today for sexting with a 15-year-old girl in North Carolina, the New York Times reports.

He appeared in a federal courthouse today to plead guilty to one count of transferring obscene material to a minor. In other words, he was likely sending dick pics. This was a deal he was able to reach with the United States attorney’s office in Manhattan.

Today he told the courtroom, while crying, “I have a sickness, but I do not have an excuse.”

Prosecutors first started looking into possible charges after the teenage girl told tabloid newspaper The Daily Mail of her relationship with the infamous New York politician. According to her, Weiner also asked her to undress on camera. The girl told The Daily Mail she didn’t want to pursue legal action because she felt their relationship was consensual.

That investigation led authorities to Weiner’s computer. After seizing the laptop, it was found to contain thousands of emails on it connected to Hillary Clinton. Weiner’s wife, Huma Abedin, has been Clinton’s closest advisor and friend for years.

The discovery of the laptop and the Clinton-related emails led now-fired FBI Director James Comey to issue his infamous memo a week before election that is thought by many, especially those on the left, to be what what cost Clinton the presidency last year.

According to the New York Times story, Weiner’s marriage fell apart when a “new suggestive text messages surfaced in August, including one with an image of Mr. Weiner’s crotch as he lay next to the couple’s sleeping son, who was 4.”

Weiner will also have to register as a sex offender.
