Jason Goldwatch and 13th Witness x Brand Jordan

In accompaniment of the Air Jordan XXXI, Jordan unveils an associated lookbook. The concept is fairly simple: the brand joined forces with the creative minds of Ronnie Fieg, Dao-Yi Chow, Don C and Easy Otabor. Each creative is photographed by 13thWitness, Ill Gander, Jason Goldwatch, and Trashhand in an environment that is synonymous with the time when their respective careers first started “to take flight.”

Also known as the “banned” sneaker, the shoe also serves as is a timely reminder of both MJ and Nike’s approach to contemporary design and flashy aesthetics. The brand received a $5,000 USD fine by the NBA for each time he brandished his red and black shoes on the court.
