RATKING, the avant garde young group comprised of Wiki, Hak, Sporting Life and Ramon, are performing  in NYC for the first time since their WIKI93 debut dropped on XL Records a few weeks back. Mass Appeal is hooking up a lucky knowledgeable reader with a pair of tickets to see them rock The Studio at Webster Hall on Tuesday (Dec. 18).
