If you’re as heavy into documenting street culture as we are, then we suggest you check out the new documentary “Jamel Shabazz Street Photographer.” From “Wild Style” directer Charlie Ahearn, the film looks at Shabazz’s life and work snapping photos of his Flatbush neighbors and later documenting the Nation of Islam. The doc opens this Friday at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (more details below) and we’re giving away two posters designed and signed by graffiti artist Dave “Chino” Villorente to celebrate.
