Droop-E “N The Traffic” Feat. Nite Jewel & J-Stalin

Son of Vallejo, CA legend E-40, Droop-E has been producing certified slappers with a distinctive,  yet progressive Bay Area sound for some time now.

If you missed out on his BLVCK Diamond Life you missed out on a ’90s baby’s reinterpretation of classic Sade songs like his Bay Area anthem “Cherish The Bay.” Now Droop is setting off 2013 right with his new clip for “N The Traffic.”

Set in the Bay in 1933 director Joslyn Rose Lyons’  slow motion, performance shot-free, video brings a “Harlem Nights” feel to what might be the smoothest rap song of the year. Watch Droop-E represent the next generation of Sick Wid It alongside LA-based songstress Nite Jewel and J-Stalin.
