Tattoo Artist Dave Hurban Invents the iDermal
The passion for the iPod Nano is skin deep. Watch a tattoo artist punch magnetic studs into his wrist so that his Nano stays attached. Remember, pain is beauty.
“In today’s world, everybody’s done everything twice. Everyone’s looking for the next thing. This is something no one has ever done before,” said Dave Hurban a tattoo artist from New Jersey who spoke to MSNBC. Four microdermal anchors are now embedded in his skin, allowing Hurban to magnetically secure his iPod Nano to his wrist without the use of a wristband. He’s calling his invention, iDermal, introduced through a video that nods to apple’s videos that introduce innovation through simplicity. Going through the airport just got more annoying.
