Although some heads question where Supreme’s design tendencies may lie, they always make sure to keep it true to their roots for the skate heads.
The New York streetwear brand has announced a new collaboration with ANTIHERO, set to drop this week. ANTIHERO was established in 1996 and has maintained a raw aesthetic that provides social commentary via their collections and skate decks. Infusing the DNA of both brands, the collection contains a series of pieces including coach’s jackets, zip-up hoodies, short and long sleeve graphic tees, a hobo tool and mesh snapback. It wouldn’t be a skate collection without a deck either.
Along with the collaboration, Supreme will be releasing their Summer 2014 t-shirts. If you’re well versed in the history of streetwear, you know how influential the Shirt Kings were to the culture. Shirt King Phade blessed the box logo gods with two original designs.
The Supreme x ANTIHERO Summer 2014 Capsule Collection and Supreme’s summer t-shirts will be releasing in-store and online in New York, Los Angeles, and London on June 12, and in Japan on June 14.
