Sir Mix-A-Lot Performs “Baby Got Back” With the Seattle Symphony

You're never to mature for "Baby Got Back."

If you’ve ever thought it would be cool to see Sir Mix-A-Lot perform “Baby Got Back” with a full orchestra, you’re really going to like this video.

This past weekend, Sir Mix-A-Lot and the Seattle Symphony pulled off a pretty classic performance of “Baby Got Back” during the Seattle Symphony’s Sonic Evolution. Written and composed by Gabriel Prokofiev, the adaptation had a few changes, including the addition of a “scratcher” (created by scratching a credit card against a metal guiro) and a “jackdaw.”

The orchestra wasn’t the only help Sir Mix-A-lot received. When he asked the women in the audience to come on stage while he performed about 50 jumped right out of their seats. It looks like the lady in black heard this joint a few times back in college.

Check out the video up top.
