Premiere: Raz Fresco “Murderous”

Raz Fresco drops a brand new music video to build the anticipation for his upcoming mixtape Pablo/Frescobar.

Toronto emcee Raz Fresco builds the anticipation for his upcoming mixtape Pablo/Frescobar with new music video “Murderous.”

The shoot was spur of the moment for Raz. “One day I was just chilling and I was like, ‘Fuck it, I feel like shooting a video.'” With no deep concept in mind, Fresco decided to keep it raw and unfiltered. “I’m just spitting murderous shit, in the cut, with my homies, burnin piff,” he said.

As he travels through his neighborhood of Brampton and later through Downtown Toronto, Raz flexes showcases his lyrical skill:

I plan songs like bank heists / My dank nice, like it got manners / never flex for cameras / ‘lo bandana bandito, ‘cus my mind steeple / elevated, heavily melanated

While some in the States may be unfamiliar with the young rapper, he’s generated quite a buzz north of the border, and is letting people know he’ll be the next Toronto-native making major moves in hip hop.

Watch the premiere of “Murderous” above, and be on the look out for Pablo/Frescobar dropping later this fall.
