Pinned Passenger in Australia Rescued by Fellow Commuters

This never would have gone down in NYC, yo.

This morning in Australia, the unlikely occurred for a group of commuters whose morning routine quickly escalated into a scene from an action flick.

While boarding a train at Transperth’s Stirling Station, a gentleman fell between the platform and car, lodging him between the two. Immediately, the conductors and staff sprang into action after being notified by passengers on the train and platform. While they were unable to find a way to free the pinned passenger at first, 10 minutes later someone came up with a brilliant idea to rescue him. Hit the video player up top to see humanity at work.

If this would have happened in New York City, people would’ve been photographing and filming for likes before offering a helping hand.  Real talk.
