Mannie Fresh “Hate” ft. Juvenile and Tunechi

An anthem for the haters everywhere

Mass Appeal wants to take you back to the era of the Big Tymers, with oversized white tees, gratuitous bling, and doing donuts in random New Orleans parking lots. As a down South legend, Mannie Fresh may be better known to the younger generations as the guy who made “Go DJ,” but the producer/rapper is ready to reclaim his crown with new single “Hate.” But it’s no sweet, happy-to-be-back return, there’s a fair amount of bitterness in the new single, as the title implies. “Fuck you nigga, hate you nigga, I hope you die,” sings ex-Hot Boy Juvenile over a bouncing beat, as the three rappers deftly trade off bars.

Cash Money patriarch Birdman also makes an appearance on the outro, which will marks a potential reconciliation between him and Lil Wayne. In Mannie’s own words: “You definitely can expect more from this project I’m about to drop with Mass Appeal Records. This is just the foreplay, you can expect the eargasm later.”
