Lil Ugly Mane has been M.I.A since releasing his instrumental projects Three Sided Tape Volumes 1 and 2 last August. With rumors circulating that the Virginia emcee was joining a rock band, to retiring from the rap game all together, Lil Ugly Mane is as elusive as he is lyrically captivating, with gritty and thought-provoking lines.
Packed with a mix of unreleased and instrumental versions of previous tracks, Absence of Shitperson is just what its title implies. Although Mr. Thug Isolation himself has been absent from the scene, he’s hardly a shit-person (musically at least). Resurrected from the rap abyss, Mane resurfaces with an 18-track beat tape for the low, low price of “anything more than 5 dollars.”
What can you expect from his new mixtape?
- Bed Squeaking
- Very descriptive track titles. (It doesn’t get any better than “Injected Himself With Piss,” as far as song titles are concerned.)
- No lyrics. (We know you’re disappointed. We are too.)
Although we were hoping for some lyrics to go along with the tracks, beggars can’t be choosers. If Lil Ugly Mane can bless us with the fresh new release, who knows that the rest of the summer has in store? Be prepared to hear a lot of wack rappers using these awesome beats for their upcoming mixtapes. *Cringe*
