Just Blaze x Packer Shoes x Saucony “Snow Beach” Grid 9000
Rare like the "Indian Head"
Lo Heads the world over must be buzzing, “Lifshitz Senses” tingling with anticipation following the announcement of the new Saucony Grid 9000 “Snow Beach” edition.
The three-pronged project is a collaboration between New Jersey’s Packer Shoes, Saucony, and Just Blaze. The “Snow Beach” Grid 9000 takes it’s design cues from the “Snow Beach” pullover worn by Raekwon in Wu-Tang’s “Can It All Be So Simple” video. A storied piece in the history of POLO; you can just imagine how rare it is.
It’s so rare that Chris Brown opted to stunt on America in it real quick, almost 20 years after its emergence…
A design that has transcended generations of “fresh,” can now be yours in the form of these new Saucony Grid 9000 jammie jams. The kicks directly reference the piece in the various elements of its design, utilizing navy, red, and yellow paneling throughout. In addition, there are nods to details on the Polo sweater like the American flag design and the “9000” in a font similar to the POLO logo, both found on the heel.
Although there is no info on when the shoe will be releasing, you can expect updates as they roll in. For now, check out the trailer in our video player up top featuring Just Blaze in head to toe “Snow Beach” glory.
