“Jeopardy” Finally Gets a ’90s Rap Category

Trebek and co. finally acknowledge the "Golden Era" of hip hop.

In all honesty this should have happened years ago. Jeopardy always incorporates some sort of music category, but now they’re including the most important one of all— ’90s rap.

Watch above as the master of ceremonies Alex Trebek does his best Cypress Hill impression, and Ken Jennings, a regular Jeopardy contestant, almost sweeps the whole ’90s rap category. Hey, maybe in 10 years there will be a “drill music” category.

We’ll keep our fingers crossed.
