J. Cole and Drake raid Union Square’s Best Buy for Born Sinner
After a killer performance at Irving Plaza, J. Cole and Drake make their way over to Union Square's Best Buy and cop every single copy of J. Cole's new album, Born Sinner.
Last night, rappers Drake and J. Cole made a late night trip to the Best Buy on Union Square in New York City, and purchased every single copy of Cole’s latest album, Born Sinner. After bringing Drake out for his “Dollar and a Dream” showcase at Irving Plaza that night, the pair snuck into the 24-hour Best Buy and cleared the aisles of Born Sinner, also picking up a few other artists albums, including Sade, French Montana and The Weeknd. At the register, the cashier gave the Fayetteville native some comforting news:
Cashier: I ain’t gon’ lie. More people bought your album than Kanye.
