Internet Week NY’s Closing Party
This week kicks off Internet Week, over 45,000 participants are hitting NYC. An event of this magnitude wouldn't be complete without a party!
You may know it as the World Wide Web, the web, or the net. No matter what you call it, there’s no denying the internet has revolutionized the way millions of people live their lives. In honor of the internet’s influence on business and culture, Neil Vogel and David-Michel Davies, from the Webby Awards, partnered with Katherine Oliver, the commissioner of the New York City Mayor’s Office of Media, and created Internet Week.
What started off as a handful of events in 2008, has transformed into a citywide takeover with over 45,000 participants. Internet Week attracts entrepreneurs, investors, and luminaries from across the globe, and showcases the newest technological advancements.
An event of this magnitude wouldn’t be complete without a party! That’s why we’re teaming up with our friends from Storyhunter & Spreenkler for the official Internet Week NY HQ Closing Party, and you’re invited. It’s going down on Thursday May 23rd at the DL on Delancey.
We’re giving you a chance to win VIP access to the party with three of your friends. To enter to win, simply follow us on Twitter and retweet this, or like us on Facebook and like this. Three winners will be chosen.
