Atlanta rapper Future stopped by The Arsenio Hall Show last night in promotion of his new album Honest. Not only was the night special because it was Future’s debut on late-night television, but he did a dope medley of “Honest” and “I Won,” two of the illest tracks on the record.
In the interview Future discussed the meanings of his nicknames – Future Pendergrass and Future Hendrix – along with his ties to the Dungeon Family, and pregnant bae Ciara. Arsenio even brings up the New York Times review of Honest, where the publication calls him the, “new voice of hip hop.” Future is taking the national success in stride and claims that it only makes him want to work harder.
