Rhythm Roulette With Erick Sermon

Legends never die.

On this episode of “Rhythm Roulette” we call upon the one and only, legendary Erick Sermon – 1/2 EPMD and 1/4 of Def Squad. With his last solo full-length release being Chilltown, New York; Erick has been out of the limelight for the past couple of years.

That being said, a true craftsmen never loses his talents. Erick invited us in on the same process that helped create classics like EPMD’s “It’s My Thing” and “Crossover,” Redman’s “Blow Your Mind” and “Time 4 Sum Aksion,” and an infinite number of other hits.

E dusted off his turntable, took out his Yamaha Motif and got busy, chopping up three random records into nothing less then we expected – a more-than-solid slapper you can break your neck to.

Check out the video up top, and be on the look out for new Erick Sermon releases to come, as well as new episodes of “Rhythm Roulette.”
