Devonté Hynes “April’s Bathroom Bummer”
Listen to the Lightspeed Champion's take on a bathroom mishap.
After releasing “Palo Alto” from the soundtrack for the Gia Coppola film of the same name, Devonté Hynes (aka Blood Orange) unleashes “April’s Bathroom Bummer,” coinciding with yesterday’s release of the film’s original soundtrack, which he scored.
Hynes captures the emotion of the scene featuring the character April, which feels angsty with a slight sense of urgency. To hear more of Dev Hynes’ cinematic offering, cop the Palo Alto soundtrack here, or get the CD/LP on August 4 & 5.
