Bun B Performs with A$AP Rocky in Harlem at Milkcrate Launch
Harlem shakes up when Bun B brings out A$AP Rocky for a Milkcrate party.
When you hear DJ, producer and designer Aaron LaCrate explain his collaboration with Bun B Trill OG, it sounds like the project was years in the making. Recently, we had a chance to bear witness to the final product. Last Friday the pair lit up Harlem when they celebrated the launch of Milkcrate’s Fall 2012 collection at Atmos, performing their hit record “Turn It Up,” while receiving support from Harlem’s own A$AP Rocky and A$AP Mob.
“Working with Bun has been amazing,” B-More native LaCrate told Mass Appeal, after the performance via e-mail. “We been talking about this Milkcrate x Bun B Trill OG collabo for a few years now, and its been well worth the wait.”
To further celebrate the occasion, a special limited edition T-shirt with Atmos, Bun B and Milkcrate was created for the event.
“Bun is just the realest and we appreciate his co-sign of Milkcrate Athletics,” explained LaCrate. “Our song just got added to Siruis FM rotation and we’ve been getting dope feedback on the project. So it’s just another day in the life of the OG.”
Limited quantities of the shirt is available so get that while you can. In the meantime, check out A$AP, LaCrate and Bun swerving at Atmos. Check out these Bun B / A$AP Rocky pictures.
