Seattle, home of the Space needle, the Mariners, and of course the influential 90s grunge movement. Streetwear favorites Black Scale are channeling their inner Nirvana with the latest collaboration alongside Seattle skate shop Alive and Well. Dubbed the “BLACK SEV” collection, the collab isn’t what first comes to mind when you think grunge, plaid button downs and sloppy attire.
Rather, Black Scale went a different route with this one; a series of tees that feature an ode to the Emerald City, donning images of the iconic Nirvana front-man Kurt Cobain, and paying homage to the city’s baseball team with the classic M’s logo in a g’d out paisley print. The collection is comprised of T-Shirts, skate decks, and a cap that embody the spirit of Seattle.
Along with the pics, Avi Loud filmed a short video which gives a more detailed look at the pieces. This collaboration will be available June 15th in-store at Alive and Well, and online via BlackScale.com
Don’t miss out and get caught sleepless in Seattle!
