Artifacts Get Easter Cracking
The veteran rap group consisting of Tame One and El Da Sensei return with a track produced by Khrysis, just in time for Easter Sunday.
You don’t have to subscribe to any religion to believe in resurrection. Wishing for something to return, no need to pray to G-O-D or Gotti, sorry Jiggaman. Artifacts are proof of a comeback (wink) having made their return just a few days before ol’ JC made his historic re-emergence. Adding on to the sentimental value of Artifacts, Mass Appeal can be traced through the group’s legacy, when MA was name dropped on “Flexi With Da Tech(Nique).” From their seminal album, Between A Rock And A Hard Place, Tame One and El Da Sensei also spawned the single, “Wrong Side of Da Tracks,” which featured a subway car painted by Todd James “REAS” on the 12″ pressing. So, a congratulations is an order to the Artifacts. Hallelujah Hollaback!
