Air Jordan V “Laney”

More than just a dope colorway, check out why the Air Jordan V aka "Laney" are a symbol of pain and glory.

Air Jordan V Laney

During Michael Jordan’s sophomore year he tried out for the varsity basketball team, but was cut because he was not tall enough. The disappointment gave Jordan the drive and motivation to prove his worth for the next season, and the following summer he grew four inches taller, trained harder, and made the cut for varsity.

Dropping just in time for the holiday season: the Air Jordan V, aka “Laney,” inspired by Jordan’s high school alma mater.

More than just a fly piece of footwear, the “Laney” colorway is a symbol of  Jordan’s trial, tribulation, and triumph. These joints will retail for $160 and drop November 2nd at your local Jordan retailer.
