Adidas looks to keep folks cool as summer approaches with the latest release of their iconic trainer. After launching Primeknit, during the 2012 Olympics, adidas has been implementing the technology to produce more form fitting, ventilated, seamless, and lighter kicks. The development of woven uppers on shoes has also allowed them to expand on their technological development in the footwear game, allowing adidas to create the world’s first knitted soccer cleat.
With their eyes on the future, adidas glances back to the past, updating the classic Stan Smith silhouette with a woven Primeknit upper. While it’s already a subtle shoe, this new re-design will keep folks chiller than chill.
With the summer heat on the way, this is honestly a low-key banger.
There’s no info on a release date just yet, but we will keep you updated as soon as word drops. Bong bong.
